The 2009 Ayoub Estate Pinot Noir is a marvel of the Ayoub Vineyard Terroir. It has perfumed aromas of complex red fruits, dried orange peel, cardamom and sweet oak spice. Black cherries, raspberries, allspice and cinnamon envelopes the bright palate. The seamless velvety texture evolves on the lengthy well balanced finish. This is a sexy wine with amazing purity. It will benefit from time in the cellar and has the potential to age for 15+ years.

Barrel aging: 11 months, 35% New French Oak, 65% Older French Oak
